06/09 11:00 AM EST - We have isolated the issue to individuals using bookmarks. As part of the standard Salesforce update schedule, a change was release that affected some URLs, we have implemented a redirect that should resolve the issue.

06/09 10:35 AM EST - We are investigation reports that users in specific enterprise accounts are receiving and error stating "URL no longer exists"
