8:26 AM EST - The issue has been identified and resolved. The error was related to account configuration, affecting a very small number of users.
8:00 AM EST - We have noticed an increase in authentication errors. The engineering team is investigating.

06/09 11:00 AM EST - We have isolated the issue to individuals using bookmarks. As part of the standard Salesforce update schedule, a change was release that affected some URLs, we have implemented a redirect that should resolve the issue.
