7:40 PM EDT - Kuebix engineers opened a bridge with hosting provider.

7:30 PM EDT - A ticket was opened with the hosting provider.

7:16 PM EDT - The Engineering Team became aware of an issue for some integrated users when attempting to establish an SFTP connection to sftp.kuebix.com

06/12 9:35 AM EST - The issues appears to have started after the last standard system update. We are in the process of rolling this back.

06/12 9:30 AM EST - We are investigating reports that a few specific users with a specific use case are receiving an error when getting rates.

06/09 11:00 AM EST - We have isolated the issue to individuals using bookmarks. As part of the standard Salesforce update schedule, a change was release that affected some URLs, we have implemented a redirect that should resolve the issue.
